Get Connected in Smaller Community
God has designed each of us to connect with other followers of Jesus. We can help lift one another up when things get tough, celebrate with each other during good times, and grow in our faith together. Small groups are one of the best ways to do this! You don’t need to be an expert in the Bible to be part of a small group - whether you are new to faith or a long-time Jesus-follower, small groups are for you! These groups meet together regularly in places like coffee shops, living rooms, and kitchens.

Lead a Small Group
Small group leaders create environments for people to connect and grow in their relationship with Jesus. You don’t need to be an expert in the Bible to lead—if you have a personal relationship with Jesus and a willingness to facilitate discussions, you can lead a group. We’ll provide training and resources along the way!
Facilitate small group discussions and encourage group participation.
Make it a priority to live out Crossview's vision and mission.
Spend time in God’s Word and in prayer for your small group on a regular basis.
Deepen group relationships by participating in various serving and social events together, outside of regular meeting times.
Commit to developing other leaders within your group.
Requirements: If you are 18 years of age or older, please complete the Small Group Leader Interest Form below, meet with our staff, and attend training.
Serving Time: Typically two hours every week or every other week; some groups may decide to meet less often. Small group leaders are also required to be at training events.
