For ages preschool - 5th grade
Crossview Kids Sunday (CKS) will explore many topics and discover what God’s word is all about. Children K-5th are encouraged to bring their Bible each Sunday. We will play games, sing songs, create projects and discuss to reinforce the Bible lesson. Families will check in their children each week with our Family Connections Crew and get a white name tag for each child (let Kari know if you need a scan card for faster check-in). Once you’re checked in, head into the Worship Center for the beginning of the service. Preschool-5th will be dismissed and make their way to the appropriate classrooms (5Cs Rooms for preschoolers & Great Room B for K-5th grade).
Open on Sunday mornings from 8:45-11:45am
For ages birth - 36 months.
We have an infant room (for ages birth-18 months), and a toddler room (for ages 19-36 months) where children can play and interact with loving caregivers during the service.
For ages preschool - 5th grade.
Children preschool through 5th grade are invited to join us on Wednesday nights this school year as we journey through stories in the Bible, experience God’s love, create meaningful friendships, and connect with guides during small group time. Kids won’t just learn about the Bible on Wednesday nights, they will experience it through skits, songs, outreach projects, journaling, activities, surprise stations, and small group connections.
Summer is fast approaching and we are getting excited for Lake Beauty Bible Camp! Located near Long Prairie, MN, LBBC is a place where your child can experience a week of awesome chapel services, fun crafts, activities such as horse trail rides and mountain boarding, and lasting friendships!
This is our mid-week gathering for middle and high school students! We’ll have tons of games and activities, plenty of food from the Café, and time spent connecting in small groups. This is a great space to build great friendships and dig deeper in God’s Word.
At Crossview, we value confirmation as an opportunity for students in 8th grade to go through an intentional year of discipleship consisting of three key components: (1) to read through and discuss the big picture of God’s story each week with a mentor; (2) to learn about core building blocks of our faith through weekly journaling and monthly large group sessions; and (3) to reflect on their own faith journey by completing two project experiences.
Throughout the year we have a number of other special events and trips to participate in. From Nerf Wars to mission trips, there are a number of different experiences to grow in your faith and build great friendships together!
5Cs Preschool is a Christian, week-day, non-profit, pre-kindergarten program for children ages 24 months – pre-kindergarten. It is an outreach ministry of Crossview Covenant Church. Each child must file an application form with $30.00 application fee and have a complete health form prior to enrollment in the program.
5Cs is a licensed preschool through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. All teachers and assistant teachers meet the qualifications for preschool education set by DHS. The school was one of the first in Minnesota to achieve accreditation by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs (a subsidiary of the National Association for the Education of Young Children).
5Cs will be in operation from September through mid-May. During those months, the calendar of Mankato District 77 will generally be followed. The same snow days will also be observed.

The aim of the 5Cs is to supplement the home in providing experiences which promote the intellectual, social, religious, emotional and physical development of your child.
It is the combination of playmates, creative experiences, a Christian atmosphere and a friendly, competent teacher which makes pre-kindergarten a valuable experience. We believe a child will come to know Jesus through association with caring Christian adults and teaching of age appropriate Christian principles.
The basic philosophy of instruction at 5Cs is summarized in the statement of Dr. Lawrence Frank, educator and author: “Play is the way a child learns what no one can teach him.”
Included in the daily schedule are opportunities for each child to explore and discover:
